Marinated Mushrooms in Red Wine & Olive Oil Vinaigrette Our Marinated Mushrooms in Red Wine & Olive Oil Vinaigrette combine fresh and fully prepared To-Jo mushrooms with a marinade created from a perfect blend of Napa Valley Red Wine Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Added spices and herbs enrich the marinade, making these mushrooms perfect for salads and side dish offerings. Marinated Button Mushrooms Using fresh whole white button mushrooms, grown on our own farms we are able to prepare this fresh and distinctive Mediterranean infused, fully prepared product. Burgundy Mushrooms Our farm fresh mushrooms are combined with our exceptionally smooth blend of hearty Burgundy wine and other unique ingredients resulting in a rich and wholesome sauté, with freshness you can taste. Delicious as a side to beef and other proteins. Burgundy Mushrooms are refrigerated and ready to serve, hot or cold.
