Welcome to To-Jo Mushrooms, Inc.
We are a fourth generation family-owned & operated mushroom farm, growing and distributing a full line of fresh mushrooms and prepared mushroom products. We offer white, brown, specialty, wild, and dried mushrooms, as well as value-added fully-prepared mushrooms for retail supermarkets and both produce and foodservice distributors and operators. Our fleet of refrigerated trucks deliver our products daily throughout the Northeast, South, and Midwest, along with other transportation services to and from these regions.
At To-Jo, we are dedicated to Quality, Innovation, and Performance. Both our Fresh and Processing Divisions are Safe Quality Foods (SQF) 2000 Level 3 Certified. The stringent SQF standard has been accorded benchmark status by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GSFI), and at To-Jo, we are proud to be one of the few mushroom companies to currently have this certification. To-Jo was also the first mushroom company to fully incorporate a PTI (Produce Traceability Initiative) system into production. It is our commitment to all our customers to maintain superior quality and food safety.
